That Darn Cat

Christina Ricci takes over the role originated by Hayley Mills in the 1965 Disney version of this family comedy based on the novel Undercover Cat. Ricci is Patti, a small-town teenager whose assertive tomcat, D.C., unravels a kidnapping plot like a ball of yarn -- much to the chagrin of the bungling kidnappers! Dean Jones, who starred in the original version, returns in a different role in this remake.
