Mickey Rourke is an IRA terrorist who grows tired of violence after he accidentally blows up a school bus full of children. Now useless to his cause, he's being hunted by both the British and the IRA. Sadistic mobster Alan Bates will give Rourke money and a passport -- if he commits one more crime.
