Two master swordsmen arrange a duel on the roof of China's Forbidden City in this martial-arts fantasy. Eight witnesses will be admitted to the battle, and imperial agent Dragon 9 must choose them. In the process, he discovers evidence of a conspiracy that could threaten the life of the emperor himself. In this Hong Kong-style adventure, the action veers from wacky to passionate, providing stunning visuals along the way.
