With his thirst for murder very much intact, the Candyman (Tony Todd) returns from the netherworld for another killing spree. This time, he's turned his attentions to Caroline (Donna D'Errico), a Los Angeles art gallery owner who also happens to be his descendent. Deciding he wants a partner in infamy, the Candyman orchestrates a series of murders that point to Caroline as the primary suspect.
