The Facilities Project Manager will have the overall responsibility for delivery of warehouse distribution space both domestically and internationally. This person will be responsible for strategic/advanced planning for multiple sites from the site selection process through design phase, construction management and relocation process.
The ideal candidate should be able to apply expert knowledge and understanding of all interdependencies between business needs and technical functional requirements with the capacity for professional growth on a pace sufficient to support the rapid growth in our business.
Skills required:- Experience in real estate, planning, architecture or construction; with Design, Engineering or Management.

Essential Functions:
- Prepare, verify and ensure monthly journal entries are accurate and reconcile to general ledger in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze internal financial reports and statements.
- Prepare cash flow forecasting and associated cash management, executive-level reporting.
- Analyze and interpret contracts and prepare compliance reporting.
- Reconcile and balance multiple accounts including cash, credit cards and others.
- Prepare cash flow forecasting and associated cash management, executive-level reporting.
- Manage all aspects of the Company's credit card programs.
- Maintain on-line banking parameters for reporting and funds transfers.

The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the Company's affiliate program, a critical element of Marketing's overall customer acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Work strategically with existing affiliates to optimize partner performance and grow their respective campaigns.
