Even the smallest mistake can slow down how quickly the post office can process your mail.
For example, submitting an address that accidentally appears as:

1234 Main Av e (with a space between letters), instead of

1234 Main Ave,

can make a huge difference. You can verify your information with the U.S. Postal Service database to find the proper format for your address.

Click on the following link to verify the proper format: http://www.framed.usps.com/ncsc/lookups/lookup_zip+4.html

Once you've done this, please go to the Address Information section of Your Account and update your information. If you have verified your address with the USPS database, but still cannot validate the address on our site, you may do one of two things.

If you get an Internet Access or Server Connection Error message, try these steps:

First, make sure your computer has a live connection to the Internet and that your Web browser can access websites. If you are on a managed or secured network (for example, a hotel, business or public wireless hotspot), make sure that you are logged in and check to see if network security is blocking Internet access for the Netflix Movie Viewer.

Next, if you are running security software such as a firewall, anti-virus program, ad blocker or parental controls, temporarily turn it off and try playing a movie on Netflix again. If you can play a movie with the security software temporarily turned off, search your security software’s instructions for information on how to permit Internet access by the Netflix Movie Viewer or contact your security software’s maker.

Finally, if you know you have a live, unblocked Internet connection, close all open browser windows, re-open a single browser window and try playing a movie again. It may also help to restart your computer before you try to play a movie again, especially if you have changed settings.

If you still need help, please contact our technical support people here.
